perfect locationhelpful staff
The location proved ideal. I appreciated the proximity to various cafés and shops. I also found the staff mostly helpful with requests, even with minor issues. They promptly addressed a small concern I had about the bathroom. The facilities were modern. I found everything reasonably clean.

The hotel has a well-equipped communal kitchen area. The laundry facilities included several washers and dryers. This was convenient for longer stays, though I did not use them . Guests also have access to complimentary coffee in the lobby.

My room had a comfortable bed. It also featured ample power outlets with USB ports for charging devices. I really appreciated this. The room had a small desk area that i found to be quite functional for work.

THE location provides easy access to public transport. It is also a short walk to several restaurants and bars. THIS made exploring the neighborhood very easy. Smith Street is a short stroll away.

the decor throughout, from the reception area to my actual room, was perfect. The community kitchen had everything needed to prepare small meals. The location proved wonderfully convenient, i explored the vibrant surroundings with ease. Staff members consistently showed warmth and helpfulness.
the bathroom felt a little compact, the limited space around the sink presented a slight inconvenience.

The room had a comfortable bed. the tv had netflix, easy to connect. i appreciated the luggage storage. Swipe entry lockers secured it. the lobby looked beautiful.
The basin in the bathroom was very tiny. Washing my face resulted in water everywhere. the room door lacked soundproofing. I heard hallway noises. the pipes made noises at night.
